Who provides the advisor
BROWNSMITH DYNAMICS LIMITED provides the Brownsmith Business Advisor. Contact contact@brownsmithdynamics.com with questions about information you send to us.
Information used by the tools
The advisor processes the information passed to its tools: business context, workflows, goals, constraints, planning assumptions, and any contact details you supply. The MCP does not automatically receive your entire conversation. Your AI host decides which arguments to pass when you use a tool, so review what you share and avoid passwords, access keys, confidential customer records, or unnecessary personal information.
The advisor does not maintain a business-diagnosis database. It uses temporary state to check reviewed contact submissions. Hosting infrastructure and your AI provider may process request information under their own policies. Signing in is managed by the hosting platform; authenticated identity is supplied to the MCP to protect access and bind contact approval to the same user.
Contacting Brownsmith inside your AI assistant
Preparing an enquiry does not send it. The advisor first shows the exact message and asks for a reply address. Only a separate, explicit confirmation sends that reviewed message to Brownsmith through Telegram. The message includes the business and contact fields shown in the preview; it does not include an automatically attached conversation transcript.
The review token is signed, expires after 30 minutes, and contains the reviewed details. Signing protects integrity; it does not encrypt those details. Keep the token private. Telegram processes the submitted message under its own privacy policy. Brownsmith uses enquiries to respond, scope work, and manage the resulting business correspondence. Expiry of the review token does not delete a message already delivered to our inbox.
Website traffic and external services
This site is hosted through Sites, which provides website traffic statistics such as visitor counts and page views. Those statistics describe visits to this website; they are not a record of your AI conversations. We have not added our own persistent MCP usage analytics or a database of business diagnoses. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. Your AI host, the hosting platform, Telegram, and any external website you open have their own data practices. WhatsApp, email, and the main Brownsmith contact page are optional alternatives to the MCP enquiry flow.
Your choices and requests
You can use scoping tools without submitting an enquiry. Share only what the task needs, review the preview, and decline sending if you are not ready to contact us. Email us to ask about information you have sent directly to Brownsmith, including requests for correction or deletion. Some correspondence may need to be retained for contractual or legal reasons.
